Materials and Coating:

1. Material: High-strength marine grade steel AH32 / AH36 is used.

2. Corrosion Protection: Surface treatment involves Sa2.5 grade shot blasting, followed by the application of over 200um epoxy zinc-rich primer and finish coating.

Drive System Options:

1. Manual Drive: Suitable for small hinged or bolted types, equipped with power-assisted levers.

2. Hydraulic Drive: Suitable for folding and sliding types, supporting remote control operations.

3. Electric Drive: Optional variable frequency control system (VFD) for smooth operation and easy maintenance.

Certification Standards:

1. Compliant with IACS member association specifications (such as CCS, BV, LR, ABS, DNV, NK).

2. Each unit undergoes a water pressure test of over 0.2bar or an equivalent hose test.
