Compacted strand wire rope is produced by die‑compacting the strands to increase metallic fill factor, delivering higher breaking strength, superior wear and crush resistance, and reduced constructional stretch compared to conventional round‑strand ropes.
Available in diameters from 10mm to 260mm, tensile grades up to 2160N/mm², and a wide range of constructions (6×K, 8×K, non‑rotating, etc.), it is widely used in marine mooring, offshore cranes, port handling, mining hoists, and heavy‑lifting applications.
Manufactured in compliance with ISO2408, EN12385, and API‑9A, the rope is supplied with classification society certificates from ABS, DNV, LR, BV, CCS, KR, and RMRS. Full material traceability and mill test certificates are provided upon request.
