Marine Airbag Launching Process
I. Working Principle
There are more than a certain number of airbags at a certain distance between the bottom of the ship and the ground. The ship is pulled by the external force of the winch, so that the airbags roll forward, and then the ship moves relatively to the ground, and the purpose of moving the ship into the water is achieved.
II. Process Flow
The process of launching the ship's airbag into the water is divided into three steps.
1st Step: put a large-diameter airbag at the bottom of the ship, and then inflate the airbag to lift the ship to 1M above the ground, pay attention to the airbags' pressure gauge about the suggested working pressure. After removing the high piers used for ship construction and closing, the airbag rolls and transports the ship into the water.
2nd Step: the towing system pulls the ship forward, and the operator puts the airbag at the bottom of the ship in time to move the ship; at this time, it is necessary to ensure that the bottom of the ship is not less than 0.5M from the ground and the vertical distance.
3rd Step: the ship is launched as a whole, and the airbags are recovered manually after self-floating.
