New Oil Cylinder Pressure Protection System for Shark Jaw Developed

Recently we have developed a new oil cylinder pressure protection system for Shark Jaw. The system includes a cylinder, a power system and a three-position four-port electro-hydraulic reversing valve control valve, a first and a second hydraulic control proportional reversal valve, a first and second relief valve.

The inner connecting structure of the Shark Jaw oil cylinder pressure protection system is described as following:

A slide valve of the first hydraulic control proportional reversal valve and a slide valve of the second hydraulic control proportional reversal valve are provided with a channel, each channel is connected with a fuel tank. The first port of the three-position electro-hydraulic four-port valve is connected with the oil outlet of the power system; the second port is connected with the oil returning port of the power system; the third port is connected with the first port of the first hydraulic control proportional reversal valve, the first port of of the first relief valve and the channel of the second hydraulic control proportional reversal valve; The fourth port is connect with the first port of the second hydraulic control proportional reversal valve, the first port of the second relief valve and the channel of the first of hydraulic control proportional reversal valve. The second port & third port of the first hydraulic control proportional reversal valve and the second port of the first relief valve are connected with the rodless cavity of the cylinder; the second port and third port of hydraulic control proportional reversal valve and the second port of the second relief valve are connected with the rod chamber of the cylinder.
