Deyuan Marine has recently shipped a 200 kN electric single drum winch equipped with a 30 kW motor and variable frequency drive control. The shipment brings together the mechanical winch and a dedicated electrical control arrangement, with CCS certification included in the order.
The project photographs document the equipment at two stages: assembled in the workshop and loaded for transport. Together with the mechanical and electrical drawings, they provide a closer look at the configuration supplied and the preparation carried out for dispatch.
Mechanical Configuration And Main Specifications
The winch uses a single drum to accommodate 32 mm wire rope, with a specified capacity of 1,000 m over eight layers. Its working load is 200 kN on the first layer, and the drawing lists nominal first-layer speeds of 12/6 m/min. Identifying the rope layer alongside these ratings gives readers a clear reference for the quoted performance.
The workshop photographs show the rope wound onto the drum, the electric drive arrangement and the rope spooling mechanism positioned above the drum. These views highlight the assembled equipment from the drive side through to the rope handling arrangement.
Item | Specification |

VFD Control And Local Operation
The electrical design includes a 30 kW variable frequency drive, a local controller and a separate braking resistor cabinet. The VFD arrangement provides main motor speed control, while the control schematic includes forward and reverse start commands and a heavy-load and light-load selection.
At the local controller, the operator has a control handle, a heavy-load and light-load selector, a fault reset button and an emergency stop button. Power, running and fault indicators display the operating status. This arrangement places the principal operating controls and status indications together at the local station.
The electrical drawings also identify the brake, motor heater, main motor fan and VFD cabinet fan connections. The VFD cabinet has a specified protection rating of IP44, while the motor is rated IP56. These ratings apply to the individual components and should be considered separately when planning their installation.
CCS Certification And Project Documentation
The project documentation covers the mechanical arrangement, control cabinet outlines, electrical schematics and external wiring connections. The electrical drawings specify that external cabinet cables are to be provided by the shipyard, with cable selection based on actual site conditions. They also require the braking resistor cabinet to be installed within 10 m of the VFD cabinet.

Loading And Preparation For Dispatch
For shipment, the completed winch was loaded onto a flat rack container. The photographs show timber blocking around the base, securing straps across the equipment and protective wrapping on selected components. A further loading view shows a wrapped wooden crate positioned alongside the winch.

The workshop and loading images give customers a practical view of the supplied equipment before it leaves for its destination. They record the physical configuration and transport preparation, complementing the technical information in the project drawings.
Discuss Your Next Winch Order
For a new winch inquiry, please provide the working load, operating speed, wire rope diameter and required drum capacity. Power supply, control preferences, installation conditions and certification requirements are also useful for defining the supply scope.
