Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Chemical Hose
Product Introduction:
Our UHMWPE Chemical Hose is engineered for the safe and reliable transfer of highly corrosive chemicals, including concentrated acids (sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric), caustics, organic solvents, and aggressive industrial fluids. The ultra-smooth UHMWPE inner tube offers exceptional chemical inertness, non-stick properties, and extremely low friction, significantly reducing flow resistance and preventing scale buildup. High-tensile synthetic textile reinforcement with embedded helical steel wire provides full vacuum resistance and collapse-proof performance. The rugged EPDM or CSM outer cover delivers outstanding abrasion, ozone, UV, and weather resistance. Suitable for chemical plants, tank truck loading, marine chemical transfer, and industrial processing where standard rubber hoses fail. Temperature range: -40°C to +80°C.
