Our Tank Truck Hose is a rugged, high-performance hose specifically engineered for the loading and unloading of petroleum products, chemicals, and other bulk liquids from tank trucks (also known as road tankers or fuel tankers). It is widely used in depots, refineries, fuel terminals, chemical plants, farms, and industrial facilities where tank trucks deliver or collect liquids.
Designed for dual-duty suction and discharge applications, this hose can handle both the vacuum created during pump suction (unloading from truck to storage) and the positive pressure during pump discharge (loading from storage to truck). It delivers safe, efficient, and long-lasting performance in demanding transfer operations.

Engineered for both vacuum (suction) and pressure (discharge) service, making it ideal for tank truck loading and unloading without hose collapse under negative pressure.
2.Excellent Fuel & Oil Resistance
The synthetic rubber inner tube resists swelling and degradation caused by diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, biodiesel, kerosene, heating oil, and lubricating oils.
3.Static Dissipating / Conductive
Built with a conductive carbon layer, the hose safely dissipates static electricity generated by high-flow liquid transfer – a critical safety feature for flammable product handling.
4.Abrasion & Weather Resistant Cover
The tough outer rubber cover resists abrasion from asphalt, concrete, gravel, and metal edges. It also withstands UV radiation, ozone, oil, and extreme weather conditions.
5.Kink & Crush Resistance
Helix wire reinforcement prevents hose collapse under vacuum and protects against crushing from vehicle tyres or loading racks.
6.Flexible for Easy Handling
Remains flexible even in cold weather, allowing drivers and operators to easily manoeuvre the hose between truck compartments and storage connections.
