Product Introduction:
Our Hydraulic Oil Delivery Hose is specifically engineered for the reliable conveying of hydraulic oil within low-to-medium pressure hydraulic systems, with a primary focus on return lines and suction lines. It safely transports hydraulic oil from actuators, control valves, hydraulic motors, and cylinders back to the reservoir or tank.
Unlike high-pressure hoses designed for pump discharge lines, our delivery hose is optimized for low working pressures, high oil flow volume, excellent oil resistance, and long service life in continuous return oil applications.

Engineered specifically for the low-pressure side of hydraulic systems (working pressure up to 10–30 bar / 150–450 psi), making it ideal for delivering hydraulic oil back to the tank from cylinders, motors, valves, and oil coolers.

The synthetic rubber inner tube resists swelling, softening, and degradation caused by mineral hydraulic oils, biodegradable hydraulic fluids, and conventional lubricating oils used in machinery and vehicles.
3.Smooth Bore for Efficient Flow
The smooth inner surface minimizes flow resistance and turbulence, ensuring that hydraulic oil returns freely to the reservoir without pressure buildup or cavitation risks – critical for system efficiency and component longevity.
