Product Introduction:
The HT/FS Series represents the heavy-duty tier of marine hydraulic connections, specifically engineered to meet the rigorous SAE J518 Code 62 (6000 PSI) standard. Designed for high-pressure vessel piping systems, this series guarantees superior performance, structural integrity, and zero-leak reliability in the most demanding marine environments.
To cover complex routing requirements in modern engine rooms, the series offers three standard configurations:
*HT/FS1 (Standard Straight): For direct, high-pressure in-line connections.
*HT/FS4 (45° Elbow): For optimized fluid flow around moderate bends.
*HT/FS9 (90° Elbow): For right-angle connections in compact spaces.
The system supports flange sizes from 1/2" to 2" and accommodates hose inner diameters (I.D.) ranging from 12.5 mm to 51 mm. Each fitting is precision-machined with specific dimensions (C, B, H) to perfectly match the corresponding HT/FS Split Flange Clamps (HT/FS-08 to HT/FS-32), ensuring a complete and secure high-pressure assembly.
