Product Introduction:
The Butt-Welding Straight Adapter (HT/TIW Series) is a heavy-duty hydraulic and marine piping component engineered for high-integrity, leak-proof connections in extreme pressure environments. Unlike standard threaded or ferrule fittings, this adapter utilizes a permanent butt-welding connection (featuring a welding stud and welding seam) on one end, ensuring maximum structural strength and eliminating the risk of loosening under severe vibration or thermal cycling.
The assembly also incorporates a precision-machined nut and an O-ring, providing a reliable, pressure-tight seal on the connecting end. Designed to bridge tubes with varying outer diameters or to connect a welded tube to a threaded port, this straight adapter guarantees unrestricted, linear fluid flow without directional changes.
Available in both L Series and S Series, it accommodates tube outer diameters ranging from 8mm to 50mm. It is specifically engineered to withstand working pressures from 160 bar up to 400 bar, making it an ideal choice for shipbuilding, offshore engineering, and heavy industrial hydraulic systems. The adapter is available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Brass to suit diverse environmental and fluid compatibility requirements.
