Product Introduction:
Engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of shipbuilding and offshore engineering, our Marine American Threaded Connectors are high-performance hydraulic components designed to deliver zero-leakage reliability under extreme pressures and harsh corrosive environments. This product line seamlessly integrates two distinct sealing technologies: ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) and JIC 74° Cone Flared fittings.
These connectors are precision-machined to ensure perfect alignment and secure sealing in critical marine hydraulic systems, fuel lines, and cooling circuits. By utilizing standard SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) and ISO configurations, they offer global interchangeability. The incorporation of adjustable stud ends significantly simplifies installation in tight spaces, allowing for precise orientation adjustments before final tightening without compromising the seal integrity.
Product Highlights:
1.ORFS Fittings (HT/2F Series):
Featuring an O-Ring Face Seal design, these 90° elbow fittings provide superior vibration resistance and eliminate leakage paths. The flat-face design with a captured O-ring (O011 to O029) compresses against a flat mating surface, offering high-pressure containment (up to 630 bar depending on size). Thread sizes range from 9/16" x 18 to 2" x 12 (UNF/SAE).
2.JIC 74°Cone Flared Fittings (HT/JH9 Series):
These 90° elbow connectors feature a 74° cone flared tube end (JIC male) combined with a metric male adjustable stud end (ISO 6149-3). This dual-configuration allows for a reliable metal-to-metal 74° cone seal on one side and an O-ring boss seal on the adjustable metric side (M10x1 to M48x2). Note: Nuts and sleeves for the JIC end must be ordered separately, and the metric end is designed to fit ISO 9974-1 or ISO 6149-1 ports.
