Product Introduction:
Our Marine Adjustable Pipe Joints are precision-engineered hydraulic components designed specifically for demanding marine and offshore applications. Combining robust construction with flexible adjustability, these fittings ensure leak-proof performance and easy installation in high-pressure shipboard piping systems.
The product line integrates two primary configurations: Adjustable Swivel Elbow Union Fittings (HT/CLKUG & HT/TLKUG) and Adjustable Straight Run Fittings (HT/QIUG).
Key Features & Configurations:
1.Adjustable Swivel Elbow Unions (HT/CLKUG & HT/TLKUG):
These 90-degree elbow fittings feature a swivel nut design that allows for easy alignment and adjustment of the pipe run without compromising the seal. They are available in two connection types:
*HT/CLKUG: Ferrule (card sleeve) connection for metric system threads.
*HT/TLKUG: Welding seam connection for permanent, high-integrity joints.
Note: The "L" and "S" designations in the ordering code indicate Light and Heavy series, accommodating tube outer diameters ranging from 6mm to 50mm.
2.Adjustable Straight Run Fittings (HT/QIUG):
Designed with British system threads (BSP/G-thread), these straight fittings utilize a specialized U-ring sealing mechanism (along with an O-ring) to guarantee superior fluid containment and vibration resistance.
