90-Degree Bulkhead Elbow
Product Introduction:
The Marine 90-Degree Bulkhead Elbow (also known as a bulkhead fitting) is a high-performance fluid connection component specifically designed for marine and offshore piping systems. It allows pipelines to pass through bulkheads, decks, or panels while redirecting the fluid flow by 90 degrees.
Design & Construction:
This elbow is engineered for robust sealing and secure mounting. Based on the technical drawings, the assembly consists of an elbow stud, tightening nut, O-ring, and ferrule. It supports a maximum bulkhead thickness of 16mm. The design features an O-ring to ensure a leak-proof seal against the bulkhead wall.
The Product Is Available In Two Distinct Configurations:
*HT/CLGB Series: Features a ferrule (compression) connection on both ends, ideal for quick and reliable tube assembly without welding.
*HT/TLGB Series: Features a welding seam on one end and a ferrule connection on the other, providing a permanent, high-integrity joint on one side while retaining the flexibility of a compression fitting on the other.
