SAE Flange 3000Psi
Product Introduction:
The HT/FL Series is a comprehensive range of marine-grade hydraulic connections designed to meet the SAE J518 Code 61 (3000 PSI) standard. Engineered specifically for vessel piping and hydraulic systems, this series ensures reliable, leak-proof performance in the harsh marine environment.
To accommodate diverse routing and installation needs, the series offers three standard fitting configurations:
*HT/FL1 (Standard Straight): Ideal for in-line connections.
*HT/FL4 (45° Elbow): Designed for moderate directional changes.
*HT/FL9 (90° Elbow): Perfect for right-angle connections in tight spaces.
The system covers flange sizes ranging from 1/2" to 2" and supports hose inner diameters (I.D.) from 12.5 mm to 51 mm. Each fitting is manufactured with precise dimensional control, including C (thread length), B (drop length), and H (overall height), ensuring a perfect match with the corresponding HT/FL Split Flange Clamps (Part numbers: HT/FL-08 to HT/FL-32).
