Product Introduction:
The Marine Magnetic Float Type Level Gauge is a reliable, maintenance-free liquid level indicator designed for shipboard tanks, including fuel oil, lubricating oil, freshwater, and ballast tanks. Operating on magnetic coupling principles, it features a float with built-in permanent magnets that move with the liquid level. The magnetic force drives external bi-color flags (red for liquid, white for vapor) to flip, providing a highly visible, power-free, red/white display even in low-light engine room conditions. The fully sealed construction eliminates leakage risks associated with traditional glass gauges. Optional 4-20mA transmitters and limit switches can be added for remote monitoring and alarm integration with the ship's automation system. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel (304/316L), it withstands high pressures up to 10 MPa and temperatures ranging from -40°C to +350°C. Compliant with major marine classification societies (ABS, DNV, LR, CCS, BV), the magnetic level gauge ensures safe, accurate, and reliable liquid level monitoring for all marine applications.
