Product Introduction:
The Marine Boiler Level Gauge (Model ULB-3G) is a heavy-duty direct-reading instrument designed for reliable water level indication in marine auxiliary and exhaust gas boilers. Engineered for high-temperature and high-pressure steam applications, it features a robust flat glass design available in both reflex (bi-color) and transparent styles. The reflex type provides sharp contrast – liquid appears dark while vapor appears light – ensuring excellent visibility even in low-light engine room conditions. The transparent type incorporates mica shields for enhanced glass protection, suitable for superheated steam and high-pressure boilers up to 4.0 MPa and 260°C. Built with corrosion-resistant materials (20Mn body, WCB valve body), the gauge includes self-closing safety valves that automatically seal upon glass breakage, preventing steam blowout. Compliant with major classification societies (CCS, ABS, DNV, LR, BV), the ULB-3G ensures safe, reliable, and regulation-compliant boiler water level monitoring.
