HS-Z Circular Hand Chain Hoist
Product Introduction:
The HS-Z series manual chain hoist features a symmetrical two-stage spur gear transmission structure. It can be used in combination with a monorail trolley to form a lifting and transport carriage for overhead monorail transportation, or for manual single-girder cranes and jib cranes. This versatile manual lifting equipment is widely used in industrial, agricultural, construction, and mining applications, including machinery installation, cargo lifting, vehicle loading and unloading, and is especially suitable for outdoor operations and locations without a power supply.
The HS-Z series manual chain hoist is an improved product with a more rational mechanism, compact size, and light weight, meeting market demands. It has consistently sold well in both domestic and international markets as a versatile manual lifting equipment.

Operating Rules for HS-Z Series Manual Chain Hoist:
*Operation using any power source other than manual force is strictly prohibited.
*Before use, confirm that all components are in good condition, the transmission parts and lifting chain are properly lubricated, and no-load operation is normal.
*Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are securely engaged. It is strictly prohibited to hang heavy loads on the hook tip or perform other incorrect operations.
*The lifting chain shall hang vertically without twisted or kinked links. The lower hook bracket of double-strand chains must not be turned over.
*The operator shall stand on the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain to rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise to raise the load. Pulling the hand chain in the opposite direction will lower the load slowly.
*During lifting, no personnel are allowed to work or walk under the load to avoid personal injury.
*During the lifting process, whether raising or lowering the load, pull the hand chain evenly and gently. Do not pull violently to avoid chain jumping or jamming.
*If the operator finds that the hand pull force exceeds normal resistance, operation shall be stopped immediately.
