The Manual Trolley for Electric Chain Hoist is a cost-effective, human-powered traveling device designed to suspend and transport an electric chain hoist along an I-beam or H-beam runway. It combines the electric lifting capability of a chain hoist with the manual horizontal movement of a trolley, offering an economical solution for applications where overhead crane travel is infrequent or short-distance.
This trolley mounts directly above the electric chain hoist, allowing the entire unit to roll smoothly along the bottom flange of a beam. The operator simply pushes the load or pulls a hand chain (depending on the trolley design) to move the hoist and suspended load horizontally — no electrical wiring, motors, or remote controls required for travel motion.
Engineered for capacities typically ranging from 0.5 tons to 10 tons, the manual trolley features adjustable wheel flanges to fit various beam widths (commonly 50 mm to 300 mm). The wheels are constructed from hardened steel or polyamide, equipped with sealed ball bearings for low rolling resistance and quiet operation. An integrated anti-drop pin prevents accidental disengagement from the beam, ensuring safe operation under all conditions.
