Construction & Design:

The 6×K31WS Class wire rope features a 6-strand Warrington-Seale (WS) construction, with each strand composed of 31 wires arranged in a precise configuration (12/6+6/6/1). This sophisticated wire arrangement provides an optimal balance of flexibility, fatigue resistance, and breaking strength.


The Rope Is Available With Two Core Options:

*FC (Fibre Core) – Offers excellent flexibility and shock absorption


*IWRC (Independent Wire Rope Core) – Delivers higher breaking loads, reduced stretch, and superior resistance to crushing and heat


The compacting process is the defining feature of this product. Each strand is passed through a compacting die, which increases the metallic cross-sectional area and creates a smoother, more uniform surface.
