Designed for demanding marine and offshore applications, our 6×64 Class Round Strand Wire Rope delivers exceptional strength, flexibility, and fatigue resistance. Manufactured in strict compliance with GB/T 20067-2006, this rope features a compact 6-strand construction with 64 wires per strand, offering an optimal balance between crush resistance and bending performance – ideal for mooring, towing, cargo handling, and deep-sea lifting operations.

Two core options are available to suit different working environments:

*FC (Fiber Core) – provides superior elasticity and impact absorption, reducing shock loads and extending rope life in moderate-duty cycles.

*IWR (Independent Wire Rope Core) – offers higher metal cross-section, enhanced crush resistance, and greater breaking strength, making it the preferred choice for heavy-lift and high-frequency usage.

Available diameters range from 30 mm to 120 mm, with approximate weights from 350 kg/100m to 6260 kg/100m (FC) and 390 to 7060 kg/100m (IWR). Breaking loads are certified across four tensile grades – 1670, 1770, 1870, and 1960 N/mm² – with minimum breaking forces (e.g., at 1960 grade) from 580 kN (30 mm, FC) up to 10,000 kN (120 mm, IWR). All values are strictly tested, and actual weight tolerance is controlled within ±6% as per standard.

The rope’s round-strand design ensures smooth spooling and low rotation, while the galvanized or bright finish (available upon request) provides excellent corrosion resistance for prolonged seawater exposure. Every length is subjected to rigorous quality control, ensuring reliable performance in dynamic tension, abrasive sheaves, and variable weather conditions.
