Product Introduction:
Our 6×19 Steel Wire Rope is a high-performance lifting solution specifically designed for elevator applications. Manufactured in strict accordance with the national standard GB 8903-2005, this rope ensures optimal safety, durability, and operational efficiency for both passenger and freight elevators.
Structural Excellence (6X19S+FC)：
This rope features a 6X19S+FC construction, comprising 6 strands wound around a central Fiber Core (FC). The "S" denotes the Seale construction within each strand, where a core wire is surrounded by an inner layer of thicker wires and an outer layer of finer wires. This specialized arrangement provides:
1.Superior Flexibility: The fiber core acts as a cushion, reducing internal friction and providing excellent flexibility for the frequent bending and bending cycles of elevator traction systems.
2.Smooth Surface & Wear Resistance: The outer layer of fine wires ensures a smooth exterior, minimizing wear on elevator sheaves and reducing vibration and noise during operation.
