Engineered for the most demanding marine and offshore applications, our 6×26 Class Round Strand Wire Rope features a Warrington‑Seale (WS) strand design – six strands each composed of 26 wires, with outer layers formed by alternating thick and thin wires. This unique arrangement creates a remarkably smooth surface, significantly enhancing abrasion resistance and bending fatigue life compared to conventional filler‑wire designs. The WS construction also provides excellent resistance to crushing and distortion, making it ideal for multi‑layer spooling on winch drums and sheave systems.

Fully compliant with GB/T 20118‑2017, this rope is available in two core options to suit different operational needs:

*FC (Fibre Core) – offers superior flexibility and internal lubrication, perfect for dynamic bending applications.

*IWRC (Independent Wire Rope Core) – delivers maximum crush resistance and higher breaking strength for heavy‑duty lifting and towing.

Typical diameter range: 8 mm to 120 mm (custom sizes available).

Tensile grades: 1670 MPa, 1770 MPa, 1870 MPa, and 1960 MPa – with breaking loads and approximate weights per 100 m provided upon request (actual weight tolerance ≤ ±6 % as per standard).
