Designed specifically for demanding marine and offshore operations, our 6×25 Class Round Strand Wire Rope complies with GB/T 20118-2017 and features a Filler Wire (Fi) construction – six strands each containing 25 wires with intermediate filler wires that create a compact, metal‑dense structure. This design delivers higher breaking loads and superior abrasion resistance compared to conventional 6×37 ropes, while maintaining good flexibility for shipboard handling.

Performance Advantages For Marine Use:

1.The Fi construction increases metallic cross‑sectional area, offering ~10–15% higher breaking strength than 6×37 ropes of the same diameter and grade.

2.IWRC core ensures stable performance under heavy multi‑layer spooling (e.g., winch drums), while FC core provides excellent shock absorption for mooring and towing.

3.Hot‑dip galvanized surface (standard) resists corrosion in saltwater environments; bright finish also available upon request.

4.All ropes are proof‑tested and certified, with actual weight deviation within ±6% as per standard.
