Product Description
CC Type Continuous Casting Rubber Soft Connection
Product introduction
The CC-type continuous casting rubber flexible connector is a critical component designed specifically for the harsh and dynamic conditions of continuous casting lines in the steel industry. It serves as a vital linkage in the secondary cooling zone, connecting water spray headers and piping systems to ensure efficient and uniform cooling of the steel strand.
Our connectors are meticulously engineered to absorb vibration, compensate for thermal expansion and contraction, and accommodate misalignments between connected equipment. This not only protects expensive machinery from stress and damage but also significantly enhances the stability and quality of the continuous casting process.
The continuous casting rubber soft connection is mainly used in the continuous casting and rolling equipment of the steel plant. it is located on the continuous casting machine of the continuous casting platform.The rubber soft connection is used to meet the high-speed floating. it must withstand high pressure, high temperature, high amplitude, high vibration frequency, and high resistance. Five major problems in grinding; our factory has cooperated with many domestic steel mills to de-velop a special rubber soft connection product for continuous casting, which replaces the imported rubber soft connection.
Amplitude:>±7mm
Vibration frequency: 350 times (1/min)
Pressure: Working pressure 1.6MPa, test pressure 2.5MPa
Medium: ordinary water
Temperature: medium 50 degrees; ambient temperature 30-80°C water vapor;
High wear resistance: repeated wear of rubber and flange inner ring under the action of high vibration frequency,The rubber formula must also take into account high abrasion resistance;
