Product introduction
The BL Series Abrasion-Resistant Rubber Expansion Joint is a high-performance pipeline connector, specifically engineered for handling highly abrasive materials and demanding operating conditions. It incorporates special compound rubber and reinforcement technology to effectively absorb vibration, noise, and movement within pipeline systems, while providing exceptional abrasion resistance, significantly extending equipment service life.
BL type wear-resistant rubber soft connection is mainly used in concrete, silica sandstone, mud, abrasive, paper pulp and other pipeline systems that require wear resistance. it is mainly produced by SBR and NR synthetic rubber, and Cabot 220 ultrafine carbon black is used to achieve High wear-resistant effect (Figure 1); in addition, it can be used with wear-resistant devices, The material of the wear-resistant device can be selected to be the same as the material of the main pipe to achieve better wear-resistant effects (Figure 2).
