Our 6V×19 Shaped Strand Wire Rope is a highly engineered lifting solution manufactured in strict compliance with the GB/T 8918-2006 national standard (Steel Wire Ropes for Important Purposes). As a typical "shaped strand" cable, it features triangular pre-formed strands (denoted by the "V") that significantly outperform conventional round-strand ropes in high-load, heavy-duty environments.

The "6V×19" designation means the rope consists of 6 triangular-shaped strands, each made up of 19 steel wires arranged in a specific concentric lay. Crucially, this rope is available in two distinct core designs to suit various operational requirements:
*6V×19+FC (Fiber Core): Features a synthetic or natural fiber core, providing excellent internal lubrication and superior flexibility. It is ideal for applications where bending fatigue is the primary factor.
*6V×19+IWR (Independent Wire Rope Core): Features a high-strength independent steel wire core. Because the IWR replaces the fiber core with steel, it offers a much higher metallic fill factor, resulting in a significantly higher minimum breaking load and exceptional resistance to crushing.
