ZG(H) Series Dredging Pump
Product Introduction:
The ZG(H) Series Dredging Pump is a cantilevered, single-stage centrifugal pump. It is specifically designed as a heavy-duty gravel pump that outperforms standard slurry pumps in dredging, sand mining, barge loading, and mineral processing applications.
Key Features:
1.Structural Design: The pump features a clamp-band locking mechanism for the pump casing, connecting plate, and cover. This ensures a simple and reliable structure, allowing for quick and easy assembly and disassembly.
2.Performance: It is lightweight, offers excellent cavitation performance, and features a wide flow passage for superior handling of large particles. It is easy to install and highly resistant to abrasion.
3.Large Solid Capacity: Unlike regular slurry pumps, this dredging pump features a wide passage that can handle large-grain sand and solids up to a maximum diameter of 254 mm.
4.Durable Materials: All wetted parts—including the impeller, pump body, front liner, and rear liner—are made of wear-resistant alloy cast iron with a hardness greater than 58HRC, ensuring a long service life.
