Product Introduction:

Marine Synthesized Measuring and Monitoring System is a high-tech product based on advanced configuration technology with powerful function and flexible application. It can receive diversified signals collected by sensors, such as level, temperature, pressure and the other signals, and synchronously carry out the functions of integrative measuring, display, alarm and control etc. It is suitable for engine room monitoring and alarm, pump and valve control, cargo tank level monitoring, ballast control, balance measuring and control, and deflection measuring of all kinds of ships and other automatic integrative measuring and control.

Operating Principle:

The system adopts advanced embedding double kernel structure. Upper computer and Lower computer have their own CPUs and system software which communicate through Field BUS. Lower computer can work independently without Upper machine. This structure and the communication method through Field BUS have both advantages of anti-jamming and raising reliability.

Upper computer uses embedding tablet computer with powerful calculating ability and the advantage of firmness and compactness, which is fit to be used in occasion of narrow space and bad condition as ships. Upper computer has the advantage of stability and reliability with nice Human-machine interface. It can perform several measuring and control program as level monitoring, remote valve control, incline measuring and deflection measuring to satisfy all marine standards.

Lower computer uses Soft-Logic controller, which has better calculating and operating ability than common PLC. It use RS485, RS232, TP/IP and diversified universal communication protocols, which is convenient in signal transition and communication with third-part device. It is also flexible to configure different collecting and controlling modules to meet different controlling need.

The system could receive all quantity signals from field sensors, send them to Soft-logic Controller via collection module and operate them, give out display, control and alarm signals via driver output module, synchronously translate them to digital quantity and supply them to Upper computer, which can display and configure all the quantities, device status and alarm information, then finish the function of storing and making tables.
