ODME-1000 Type Oil Discharge Monitoring Device
Product Introduction:
The device is developed under the IMO MARPOL 73/78 and IMO MEPC.108 (49)&MEPC240(65) international convention on ship sewage restrictions for the design of the ship oil discharge monitoring and control equipment. The product are applicable to oil tankers and other ships, the oil content of ship sewage is limited in appropriate scope to reduce marine oil pollution.
Operating Principle:
The device is made up of sampling unit, analysis unit，measuring and control unit and so on. Continuous sampling devices in the ship's drainage mains acquire sewage samples for analysis. When sewage discharges are more than 30 L/n mile or total discharges (the last loading/30,000) exceeded the standard requirements. The device will automatically close discharge sewage mains. Meanwhile the device issues sound, light alarm, and complete storage, tabulation and other functions.
