UHB Type Float Type Level And Temperature Gauging Device
Product Introduction:
This device has been specially designed, manufactured in conformity with the rules that the liquid level and temperature should be monitored. The device integrates level and temp. measuring, can monitor the liquid level and temp. in the tanks at the same time. The device adopts independent circuit for level and temp. monitoring without interference each other, which is steady and reliable. The system has the functions of level & temp. measuring, display, alarm and control etc., and is suitable for oil tanker, chemical vessel and liquid-storing tanks of the other ships.
Operating Principle:
The device consists of UHB type level transmitter, Pt type temp. transmitter, safety barrier and display control panel etc. Level transmitter and temp. transmitter are installed in the tanks to detect the level and temperature of liquid in the tank at any moment, and change the detection data into electric signal, and then transformed to correspondent display control unit in the display control panel via safety barrier, and the value of level and temp. are indicated by the digital indicator. The device also can add pressure transmitter and independent level controller to monitor the level, temp. and pressure of the tanks at the same time. The device provides high level/ overfill, over temp. and over pressure alarm when the detection data reach the set-point values. We also can provide all kinds of alarm set-point value according to client’s requirement.
