QBN Type Gas Monitoring And Alarm Device
Product Introduction:
This device has been designed, manufactured in conformity with 2000 SOLAS Amendment, Chap.Ⅱ-2, Reg.4 amended for continuous monitoring the connection of hydrocarbon gases in the PUMP ROOM. It consists of complete flammable gas sensors, intelligent display controller and gauging cabinet of system. The device can be used to monitor & alarm the hydrocarbon gas in the pump rooms and other tanks of oil tanker, chemical tanker etc.
Operating Principle:
The flammable gas sensors of QBN in the tanks are used to detect the flammable gas concentration in the air at any times and output detection signal to gauging cabinet of device. The signal is processed by the intelligent display controller in the gauging cabinet and indicated percentage of gas concentration. The device provides audible & visible alarm when the flammable gas concentration in the tanks reaches the setting alarm value. The device respectively alarms while the flammable gas concentration reaches 5% and 10%. The device configures curve fit, figure filtering and SCM intelligent signal processing technology to ensure the device steady and reliable.
