RS864A is a series of rotomolding airdrop boxes. The standard configuration does not come with a sponge, and pre-cut sponges, customized sponges, etc, also can be customized to install rods and casters.
IP protection level test:
ASTM IP65 (IP waterproof and dustproof protection level)
Dust spraying without dust entry; The box is immersed in water, and there is no water infiltration within the standard water pressure time
Low temperature drop test:
FED-STD-101C (Federal Test Method Low Temperature Drop Standard)
The box is filled with a 14KG heavy object, with a height of 0.64m, and the edges and corners can freely fall 26 times in all directions
Vibration/Rain Test:
ASTMB4169, DC-18 (Federal Test Method Vibration Test Standard)
120 minutes of 5-50 Hz violent vibration, 3 axial directions, 40 minutes per axis, with a rainfall of 100mm per hour, and 40 minutes of rain on 6 surfaces respectively
Drop hammer impact test:
ATA300 (Air Transport Association standard drop hammer impact)
3.2 cm in diameter, hemispherical at the top, weighing 6KG, with a high impact of 0.5m
