One End Reinforced Hose With Collars
Product Introduction:
The One End Reinforced Hose With Collars is used at locations where hose strings connect to rigid pipework on SPM or seabed PLEM. It is a specialized subsea hose designed for offshore transfer of crude oil, natural gas (NG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in underwater environments. This hose features a single reinforced end fitted with metal collars, delivering enhanced structural integrity when connected to subsea structures including pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs), risers and subsea buoys. The reinforced end effectively resists pull-out, kinking and collapse under high hydrostatic pressure and dynamic subsea currents, while the regular end maintains good flexibility for connection with floating hoses or surface equipment.

Key Features:
1.Single-End Collar Reinforcement
A corrosion-resistant metal collar installed only at the subsea connection end. This targeted reinforcement provides maximum strength exactly where needed — at the interface with fixed subsea infrastructure.
2.High Pull-Out Resistance
The collar securely anchors the hose to the end fitting, preventing separation under tension caused by vessel drift, current drag, or tidal movement.
3.Hydrostatic Pressure Resistance
Designed to withstand external subsea pressure. The reinforced end prevents collapse or crushing at depths up to 100 meters or more (customizable).
4.Anti-Kinking and Anti-Collapse
The rigid collar maintains a minimum bend radius at the connection point, preventing kinking or flattening that could restrict flow or damage the hose.
5.Medium-Specific Material Compatibility
*Oil Service: NBR inner liner – resistant to crude and refined hydrocarbons
*Natural Gas (NG): Gas-tight compounds with low permeation
*LPG Service: LPG-resistant rubber for low temperatures and high vapor pressure
6.Subsea Durability
Outer cover made of CSM, CR, or polyurethane – resistant to seawater, marine growth, abrasion, and UV (for splash zone). Collar material is galvanized steel or stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
7.Positive Buoyancy (Optional)
Can be manufactured as neutrally buoyant or negatively buoyant depending on subsea application requirements (e.g., seabed lay or mid-water suspension).
