One End Reinforced Half Floating Hose
Product Introduction:
It usually connects the terminal of the single point mooring system or other oil transportation facilities. It is the transition between rigidity and flexibility, shifting the bending moment towards the middle.
Smooth, oil-resistant, fuel-resistant, seamless and extruded Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR); Safety Liner: Special structure to prevent defects or damage caused by accidental tearing or surface damage of the main liner; Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-strength textile cord. One embedded spiral steel wire in the body. Cover: Black synthetic rubber, smooth and oil-resistant. Single-body and dual-body floating material: Closed-cell foam.
Features:
1.Connecting to FPSO discharge facilities.
2.Rated working pressure: 21 bar.
3.Minimum reserve buoyancy: 20% or as per client's request.
4.Electrical continuity: Continuous or discontinuous.
5.Leak detection system: In the event of main pump failure, the detector will respond to any leakage, alerting the operator to remove the damaged hose to avoid economic loss and environmental pollution.
