Product Description
Dock / Cargo / Marine Oil Hose
Product Introduction:
The Marine Oil Hose is a high-performance, flexible rubber hose assembly designed for the safe and efficient transfer of crude oil, refined petroleum products, and other hydrocarbon liquids in marine environments. Available in configurations suitable for dock (jetty-to-ship), cargo (ship-to-ship / FPSO-to-tanker), and general offshore applications, this hose type is engineered to withstand the dynamic stresses of wave motion, tidal variation, and vessel movement. Whether used at a terminal berth, on an FPSO, or between tankers during STS (ship-to-ship) transfer, the Marine Oil Hose meets international standards for durability, safety, and environmental protection.

Key Features:
1.Robust Multi-Layer Construction:
*Inner tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR) – smooth bore for high flow rates and minimal pressure loss.
*Reinforcement: Multiple plies of high-tensile synthetic textile with embedded helical steel wire (for kink resistance, full vacuum service, and collapse protection).
*Outer cover: Abrasion-resistant, ozone-proof, and seawater-resistant synthetic rubber (CR, CSM, or similar) – available in floating or non-floating designs.
2.Burst & Pressure Rating: Burst pressure typically 4x to 5x working pressure. Working pressure: 10 bar (150 psi) to 21 bar (300 psi) depending on diameter and application.
3.Float Capability (Floating Type): Integrated closed-cell foam floats or external float collars provide positive buoyancy (reserve buoyancy ≥ 15% in seawater). Non-floating types available for submarine or deck use.
4.End Connections: Floating flanges, integral steel couplings, or threaded/victaulic couplings.
