The compacted strand construction reduces inter-strand wear, minimizes elongation under load, and provides a smoother outer surface - ideal for winching, mooring, towing, and crane hoisting in marine environments where safety and reliability are paramount.

Key Features:

1.High-Density Compaction - Each strand is mechanically compacted before closing, increasing metallic fill factor and boosting breaking load by 10-15% compared to conventional round-strand ropes of the same diameter.

2.Exceptional Breaking Loads - As per YB/T5359-2020, minimum breaking forces range from 134 kN (14 mm, 1670 MPa) up to 2890 kN (60 mm, 1960 MPa). The table below (extract) shows typical values - actual ropes are tested and certified per class.

3.Weight Accuracy - Nominal mass per 100 m is provided with a tolerance of ±6%, enabling precise vessel stability calculations.

4.Fatigue & Corrosion Resistance - Available with galvanized or stainless-steel wires, plus optional lubrication for extended service life in saltwater atmospheres.
