The wire rope cleaner & lubricator kit enabled to remove the dirt, gravel and used grease on the wire rope prior lubrication so that to improve the permeability of new grease. At the same time, the lubricant under high pressure is directly injected into the inner part of the wire rope and the rope core to make it more thorough, reasonable and effective maintenance. Prolong the service life of wire rope and avoid hidden trouble.

Wire Rope Cleaner & Lubricator Kit And Major Components

The wire rope lubricator is composed of wire rope clamp,wire rope sealer, oil inlet quick connector and other components.Through pneumatic pump, the pressure grease is stored in the sealing chamber, and the wire rope is pressurized and lubricated, so that the grease penetrates quickly into the inner part of the steel wire and obtains full lubrication. The oil inlet is more convenient and time saving by adopting fast connection.

The steel wire rope clamp adopts hinge structure, which is more convenient for locking and sealing.
