Single Point Mooring Rope
Product Introduction:
The Single Point Mooring (SPM) rope is a high-performance marine hawser engineered for the most demanding offshore applications. Utilizing an innovative circular double-layer braided structure, this rope delivers significantly higher strength, superior abrasion resistance, and a longer service life compared to traditional mooring lines. Manufactured from premium Polyamide (Nylon), it features load-bearing cores protected by a durable polyamide cover.
To ensure maximum reliability and safety, the SPM rope features metal thimbles at both eye splices. The rope surrounding the thimble is reinforced with an additional polyester protective jacket with a thickness of no less than 6mm, followed by an outer coating of polyurethane glue to further enhance abrasion resistance. Additionally, floats are installed starting 25 feet away from the thimble, with the quantity meeting specific operational requirements. The entire manufacturing process complies with OCIMF standard requirements.

3.Both Single Leg Type and Grommet Type (double leg combination) configurations are available, with Minimum Breaking Loads (MBL) ranging up to 2,411 TON (23,630 KN) for grommet types.
