Double Braided UHMWPE Rope
Product Introduction:
Our Marine Double Braided UHMWPE Rope is a premium, hybrid mooring line engineered for superior performance in the most demanding marine environments. It features a high-strength Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) core securely encased in a durable polyester cover. This unique double-braided construction combines the extreme tensile strength of UHMWPE with the excellent abrasion resistance of polyester.
Advanced Core & Cover Design:
The inner core is woven from 100% UHMWPE fiber, providing ultra-high strength and minimal elongation (4-5% at break). The outer polyester jacket serves as a protective shield, significantly enhancing the rope's abrasion resistance and protecting the load-bearing core from external wear. This specific hybrid design ensures the rope is non-rotating and anti-kinking, delivering reliable and safe handling during critical offshore operations.
