Product Description
PP Filament Spunbond Needle Punched Nonwoven Geotextile
Product Introduction:
PP Filament Spunbond Needle Punched Nonwoven Geotextile is a premium-grade geosynthetic material manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene (PP) continuous filaments. The production process utilizes advanced spunbond technology to form a uniform filament web, which is subsequently mechanically bonded through a needle punching process. This creates a dimensionally stable, high-strength fabric with exceptional mechanical performance and long-term durability.
As a continuous filament geotextile, it offers superior tensile strength, elongation properties, and creep resistance compared to traditional staple fiber alternatives. The material is inherently resistant to chemical attack, biological degradation, and ultraviolet (UV) exposure, ensuring reliable performance in demanding civil engineering and environmental applications.

Features:
Polypropylene filament spunbond needle-punched geotextile has the advantages of high strength, strong puncture resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-microorganism, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, superior water permeability, filtration, retention of soil and so on. Compared with polyester filament geotextile, its strength is higher, and its tear and puncture resistance are stronger. It has especially excellent acid and alkali resistance, can be in long-term contact with cement, fly ash, lime and other alkaline materials, and can maintain stable performance in alkaline environment without hydrolysis.
Application:
It is mainly used for high-speed rail ballast track isolation layer, tunnel impermeable gasket layer, airport runway isolation layer, highway anti-cracking substrate, water conservancy project protective bottom layer, landfill, emergency engineering foundation reinforcement treatment, ecological slope protection and other engineering fields.
