Product Introduction
This welding machine adopts an advanced hot wedge structure, with high power, high pressure, and fast welding speed. It is suitable for welding film materials with a thickness of 1.0-3.0mm and is applicable to hot melt materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PVC, EVA, ECB, and PP. The product is used in waterproofing and seepage prevention projects in fields such as water conservancy, aquaculture, landfill, chemical mining, sewage treatment, and roof construction.

Advantages
Closed-Loop Control System: This machine employs a dual closed-loop control system for temperature and speed, precisely controlling welding temperature and speed. Even with slight fluctuations in power supply voltage and changes in ambient temperature, it automatically adjusts to ensure welding quality.
Dual LCD Screen Display: The control panel features two LCD screens displaying temperature and speed. This allows for easy viewing of the set and actual temperatures and speeds. Adjustments are made conveniently using the plus and minus buttons.
Pressure Adjustment System: The advanced T-shaped cantilever head design and pressure adjustment mechanism ensure balanced pressure on both weld passes, resulting in uniform welds. The welding pressure is continuously adjustable.
Heating System: Utilizing a high-power alloy wedge and a unique heating design, this machine offers higher heating efficiency, better welding performance, and a longer service life.
