Product Introduction
Introducing our advanced Dual Heating Extrusion Welder Series, a revolutionary solution designed for high-performance plastic welding. This series sets a new standard in the industry by integrating an innovative dual heating zone system that significantly enhances material throughput and melt quality.
Unlike traditional single-stage extruders, our Dual Heating Extrusion Welders feature a two-stage heating process. The material is first pre-softened in a primary heating chamber before entering the high-temperature extrusion barrel. This ensures a more homogeneous melt, reduces the risk of material degradation, and allows for higher extrusion speeds even with large welding rods.
This extrusion welding torch features independent heating for both the base material and the electrode, digital temperature control display, a 360-degree rotatable nozzle, and motor cold start protection. Its design, resembling an extrusion drill, allows for rapid welding even in confined spaces. This torch is primarily used for welding HDPE and PP plastic pipes, sheets, decks, water tanks, and films.
