The JY-Type Rubber Vibration Isolator is engineered to deliver superior vibration control and shock absorption for heavy-duty industrial machinery. JY type generator rubber vibration dampers achieve high vibration reduction effects under both axial and lateral pressure, especially in generators, engines, and related systems, where they offer excellent vibration damping performance. The operating range is approximately 25Hz (1,500 rpm).

JY type generator rubber vibration dampers are composed of synthetic rubber and metal parts, and are vulcanized. The rubber components, subjected to shear force, have a large deformation range and a low natural frequency.

The operating temperature range is -50℃ to +50℃, with stiffness varying with temperature. They provide excellent vibration isolation for generators, compressors, and other mechanical equipment, as well as for eliminating vibration in instruments and meters.
