Product Introduction:
The JM Air Hoists Fixed Series is a premium range of pneumatic lifting equipment engineered for light-to-medium duty material handling in demanding industrial environments. With a lifting capacity range of 0.125 to 0.98 tons (125 kg to 980 kg), this series delivers reliable, safe, and efficient hoisting performance in applications where electric hoists are unsuitable or hazardous.
Working Principle:
The compressed air's pressure energy is converted into rotary mechanical energy through a pneumatic motor, which then outputs torque to drive the planetary reduction gear train. The forward and reverse rotation of the rotary mechanism is controlled by the pneumatic control system, enabling the lifting and lowering of loads.
Technical Features:
1.All precision components, including motors and pistons, are manufactured using high-precision imported machining centers.
2.Planetary gears are made of alloy steel, with heat treatment processes carried out in strict accordance with standard specifications.
3.Extreme-pressure lithium-based grease is applied for lubrication.
4.The load chain is T8 grade calibrated short-link lifting chain, which meets the mechanical performance requirements and maximum allowable load coefficients for various ISO working duty classifications. Its safety factor is 5 times the standard tensile force.
5.Hooks are manufactured to GB/T10051 strength grade Class V (the highest grade), featuring compact size, light weight, and superior performance.
