GTB Type Air Balancer
Product Introduction:
An air balancer is a pneumatic assisted material handling device. It uses compressed air as its power source and, through a transmission mechanism, balances the load's own weight against the air pressure within the cylinder to achieve lifting and lowering motions.
Advantages of Air Balancer over Electric Chain Hoists:

Air Balancer Performance Features:

*Equipped with air-cutoff protection to prevent load dropping even in the event of sudden air supply interruption.
*Features overload protection — cannot lift loads exceeding rated capacity.
Built-in centrifugal braking function prevents sudden rapid upward movement caused by improper operation.
2.High Efficiency — Fast lifting and lowering speeds, up to 1 m/s.
Infinitely variable speed control allows free adjustment of lifting speed according to the load weight.
3.Precision — Self-adaptive "floating" function creates a "weightless" state when lifting components, enabling effortless and precise load positioning for power-assisted assembly.
4.Energy Saving — Extremely low air consumption, approximately 0.21 m³/h per working cycle on average — only 1/50 of the air consumption of a pneumatic hoist.
Clean, oil-free operation with only pre-lubricated internal components required for long-term use.Compact size and low noise.
