Product Description
HQ Type Air Hoists(16~100t)
Product Introduction:
The HQ Series Pneumatic Hoist is a high-performance, explosion-proof lifting solution engineered for demanding industrial environments where safety and reliability are paramount. Powered entirely by compressed air, it eliminates the risk of electrical sparks, making it the ideal choice for hazardous areas including petroleum refineries, chemical plants, coal mines, paint shops, textile mills, and shipyards .
The hoist operates by using compressed air to drive a pneumatic motor, which transmits power through a planetary gear reducer to increase torque and drive the lifting chain sprocket . The HQ Series consists of three main assemblies: the lifting mechanism (including the pneumatic motor, planetary gearbox, suspension assembly, brake system, load chain, and main control valve), the traveling mechanism (pneumatic trolley for horizontal movement), and the air distribution system . The lifting and lowering operations are precisely controlled through the main control valve, while the brake mechanism ensures secure positioning and stopping at any point .
Working Principle of Pneumatic Hoist:
A pneumatic hoist uses compressed air as its power source to drive a pneumatic motor. The rotation is transmitted through a gearbox which increases torque, and then drives a sprocket to rotate the lifting chain, thereby completing the lifting operation. The hoist is mainly composed of a pneumatic motor, a planetary gear reducer, manual control valves, a main control valve, a suspension assembly, a braking mechanism, and a load chain. The pneumatic hoist can be combined with explosion-proof manual trolleys or pneumatic trolleys to form a mobile pneumatic lifting system. The lifting mechanism controls the main control valve to achieve lifting and lowering of loads, and the brake is engaged or disengaged to provide positioning and stopping during operation. The chain-type pneumatic hoist ensures safe lifting operations. The lifting mechanism can be used as a fixed unit, or installed underneath a traveling mechanism for mobile applications.
