Pneumatic QCV And Control Box
Product Introduction:
Our Marine Pneumatic Quick-Closing Valve and Control Box is a critical safety system designed for fuel oil, lubrication oil, and other flammable liquid pipelines on ships. The system consists of pneumatically actuated quick-closing valves installed at tank outlets and a centralized control box typically located in the wheelhouse or a safe remote location. In an emergency, such as a fire or fuel leak, pulling the manual trip lever or activating the remote release button instantly cuts off the air supply, causing the spring-return valves to close rapidly. This immediate shut-off prevents fire spread and oil spillage. The control box features clear valve position indicators, audible alarms, and a reset function. Compact, reliable, and compliant with SOLAS regulations, this system enhances onboard fire safety and operational security.

Central Control Box:
1.The design pressure of the compressed air is 0.1~1.0MPa.
2.There are several ways of compressed air to control different conditions of quick closing valve .
3.The control box is painted in white for inside surface and pipeline,red for surface of conteol box.Special ones can offer stainless steel box.
4.After assembled the air bottle,pipeline and accessries.the box should be tested by air pressure test at 0.875MPa.and kept it for 5 minutes without any leaks.
5.The surface of the box should be smooth and without burr.
