Product Introduction:
Mainline hose forms the majority compenent of the hose string,the hose outside diameter remains same over the whole length.
The Mainline Floating Hose is a critical component for offshore mooring and fluid transfer systems, specifically designed for use in Single Point Mooring (SPM), CALM (Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring), SALM (Single Anchor Leg Mooring), and FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) applications. It serves as the primary conduit for transferring crude oil, refined products, or other fluids between a floating buoy and a shuttle tanker or between offshore facilities.
We offer both single-carcass and double-carcass floating hose designs. Double-carcass hose provides a higher safety rating. There are two independently functional carcasses. If the primary carcass fail, the secondary carcass seamlessly bears all the pressure, ensuring safe, uninterrupted system operation. Leak detection system for active warning can be added.
