Product introduction
JTW metal hose (hose for short) is a high-quality flexible pipe joint in pipeline system.it is mainly composed of bellows, mesh sleeve and flange. The inner pipe is an annular thin-walled stainless steel bellows,and the outer mesh sleeve is woven by stainless steel wire or steel strip according to certain parameters.The flanges at both ends can be fixed or loose sleeved, or fixed at one end and loose sleeved at one end,which is convenient for installation.
The hose braided sleeve is the main pressure-bearing component in pressure pipelines, and also acts as a protective sleeve for the corrugated pipe. Depending on the pressure in the pipeline and the application, one or more layers of stainless steel wire or strip can be braided. The pressure range of the hose is generally PN0.6—2.5Mpa. Because the main components of the hose are made of austenitic stainless steel, it ensures excellent temperature and corrosion resistance. The hose has a very wide operating temperature range, from -50 to 300 degrees Celsius. The appropriate stainless steel grade should be selected based on the corrosiveness of the medium flowing through the pipeline to ensure the hose's corrosion resistance.
Applications of metal hoses: Suitable for conveying pipes requiring high flexibility, piping in locations where vibration is a concern, and applications involving steam, gas, air, heavy oil, petroleum, and chemicals.
