Product introduction
BGF type stainless steel bellows compensators are manufactured using austenitic stainless steel or materials as per user requirements. They possess excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and high-pressure resistance. They can be connected in any direction within pipelines for temperature compensation, vibration absorption, noise reduction, changing the direction of media transport, and eliminating mechanical displacement between pipes or between pipes and equipment. BGF type stainless steel bellows compensators are particularly suitable for flexible joints in various pumps, valves, etc., subject to displacement and vibration.
BGF type stainless steel bellows compensators are a type of compensation element. They utilize the effective expansion and contraction deformation of their working body, the bellows, to absorb dimensional changes in pipelines, conduits, and containers caused by thermal expansion and contraction, or to compensate for axial displacement of pipelines, conduits, and containers. They can also be used for noise reduction and vibration damping.
BGF type stainless steel corrugated compensators are mainly used in pipeline systems of food, drinking water, pharmaceutical, chemical, and hydraulic industries to compensate for pipeline elongation and compression.
